How long does a re-roof take?
It depends on the size of the roof, the covering chosen and the weather. We'll give you an expected timescale with your quote so you can plan around it.
Do I need planning permission to re-roof my house?
Usually not if you're replacing like-for-like on a house that isn't listed or in a conservation area. Changing the look significantly, or working on a listed building, can be different, so check with Doncaster Council's planning team if you're unsure. Building regulations can also apply to re-roofing, and we'll talk you through what applies to your roof.
Can I choose different tiles from the ones I've got now?
